You will be responsible for developing, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to promote our brand, engage our target audience, and generate qualified leads.<\/p>\n<p>As a marketing executive you\u2019ll use insight and creativity to develop integrated campaigns that promote products, service and ideas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities and tasks include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Campaign Management:<\/strong> Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital (SEO\/SEM, email, social media) and traditional platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Content Creation:<\/strong> Write, edit, and proofread engaging marketing copy for print and online mediums, including website, blog, and social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Market Research:<\/strong> Gather and analyse data on customer demographics, purchasing habits, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Field Marketing: <\/strong>Face-to-face promotion of products to build brand awareness and drive sales. Tasks will be split between business-to-business (B2B) and businesses to consumer (B2C) operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand Management:<\/strong> Ensure all marketing materials and communications strictly adhere to brand guidelines and core messaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Event Coordination:<\/strong> Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Analytics & Reporting:<\/strong> Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI, using reporting software like Google Analytics to optimize campaigns in real-time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Designing:<\/strong> Be proficient in design software such as Canva, Adobe XD etc<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other:<\/strong> Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing, advertising, and\/or communications role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:<\/strong> Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, ), social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Communication:<\/strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Analytical Skills:<\/strong> Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Data-savvy with a strong feel for how it can improve outcomes and increase personalisation.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with HTML, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal Characteristics: <\/strong>Committed Christian with a deep personal faith in Jesus Christ.
